Free to fly

                                                                    Free to fly
They judged
They manipulated
They scorned
You accepted their judgment
You succumbed to their leeching powers
You were left to piece yourself back together

But the saving grace is that
As they broke you
You became the architect
In restoring your entire being
You realized that you were the master of your own fate
And you CONQUERED

You lavished in your own successes
And took pride in every single fall you took
Because you knew that all these failures
Was part of an ingenious master plan
You expressed your emotions on paper
And the paper freed your spirit

And as you began to realize that you had become
You smiled at the faces that once drowned your ecstasy
You smiled because you had become a being worth recognition
You smiled because the chains that once held you had been broken
You smiled because you were free
Free to fly !
